May I have recently purchased Dead Space mobile from the Google play store and cannot get it to install. Reconnect then relaunch app to continue download I can see from the game reviews and other posts online that this is a common problem, but I can find no solution. My device is a Google Nexus 7 running the very latest version of Android. The device is not rooted. I am attempting to download via a strong wifi connection, this is not a connection issue on my end.
I have searched the EA support site and read the Android FAQ and cannot find a solution, it does not seem possible to connect to live help for this title.
Please can you advise on how to either get my game working or obtain a refund please, the very short refund window provided by Google play has passed. Yes, it would seem that this is a problem for many people, if you take a look at the reviews on the Play store you will see many others who are in the same position as me. I'm sorry but I can't accept rolling back the whole operating system on my Nexus 7 as a solution.
There is nothing listed in the game's requirements that states that it wont run on Lolipop. If there is no other option to get the game working can you please advise as to how I can get a refund. Explain to the Advisor that the game is not compatible with your device and you should be able to get a refund processed. That is okay, just go with that and then let the advisor know it is an Android issue when you make contact. June I hope someone can fix this thanks!
